We made these awesome treats! Easy and delicious - great for parties or a snack. Here's how to make them:
Ingredients:
Club Crackers
Bacon (thin cut not thick)
Brown Sugar
Your favorite BBQ rub
Red Pepper Flakes (optional) or Cayenne
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Line the crackers on a baking rack
Cut the bacon to fit on top of the cracker
Sprinkle brown sugar on top
Sprinkle the BBQ rub on top
Sprinkle the red pepper flakes onto
Place in oven for 20-30 minutes or until bacon is done to your liking. Keep an eye on it so you don't burn your cracker!
