Low carb! Keto! Bacon Cheddar Cheese Balls!

Just 3 simple ingredients to make this yummy snack/appetizer. Would also be a good schmeer for your bagels or stuff these babies inside a chicken pocket and bake! SO many uses!



INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 pound of bacon

  • 8 oz of softened cream cheese

  • 4 to 8oz of shredded sharp cheddar cheese


DIRECTIONS:

  1. Let the cream cheese soften at room temperature

  2. Fry up the bacon and crumble into small bits

  3. Take a bowl and mix the cream cheese and cheese together. Mix well.

  4. Make small balls and then roll them over the bacon bits

  5. You can place in the fridge to set or serve and enjoy immediately!

It's that simple!
