Super simple to make these mouth watering delicious treats! Here's how:
INGREDIENTS:
1 lb of your favorite baby potatoes
1 lb of bacon
1 Tbsp or so of fresh rosemary
1 Tbs of olive oil
1-2 Tbsps of kosher salt
Fresh cracked black pepper (optional)
Your favorite sauce or dressing as a dip
HOW TO MAKE:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Wash and dry the potatoes
Cut them in half
Boil the potatoes, once it starts to boil add 1 Tbsp of kosher salt
Boil until fork tender
Chop your rosemary and cut your bacon strips in thirds
Dry potatoes and put in a small bowl
Add the olive oil, rosemary, kosher salt and black pepper
Mix well so that all potatoes are coated evenly
Wrap each piece with bacon
Place on a baking sheet lined with tin foil or parchment paper
Bake for 15 mintutes, then flip and bake another 15 minutes
Remove when bacon is done to your liking
Serve with your favorite dip/dressing
