These amazing meatballs are tender, flavorful, easy to make and delicious! Made with ground beef from Bear Creek Cattle Company! Try them now!
Ingredients:
1 pound of ground beef
1/2 onion
1/4 cup of parsley (fresh is better)
1/4 cup of bread crumbs
1 egg
2-3 garlic cloves
1/2 Tsp oregano
1/2 Tsp basil
1/2 Tsp fresh cracked black pepper
1 Tsp salt
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees
Line your ice cube tray with bacon slices. Slightly overlap the pieces
Push the bacon into the tray pockets
Dice up your ionion, parsley and garlic cloves
Then mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl with the ground beef
Spoon out the mix and stuff the mix into the ice cube tray pockets
Fold the bacon slices over to cover the mix
Flip the tray over onto a baking dish to remove mix
Bake in over for 20 - 30 minutes
Remove from oven and brush meatballs with BBQ sauce
Bake in oven for an additional 10 - 12 minutes
Remove and place meatballs on a cutting board and slice pieces
Place toothpicks in each meatball and transfer to a serving tray
