Bacon Sushi is delicious and easy! Great for party appetizers or snacks!
INGREDIENTS:
10 - 12 strips of bacon
Cream cheese
Carrots
Cucumbers
Avocado
Sesame Seeds
DIRECTIONS:
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees
Cut your bacon strips in half, place on baking sheet
Julienne your carrots
Julienne your cucumbers
Slice your avocado
Bake the bacon for about 20 minutes perhaps longer if you are using thick cut bacon. Just keep an eye out to make sure it is not overcooked. It needs to remain pliable.
Once the bacon is done, let cool and slather cream cheese on each strip
Place your carrots, cucumbers & avocado on one end and roll it up
Sprinkle with sesame seeds
Serve and enjoy!
