Bacon & Cheese Jalapeño Rolls! Easy to make and super tasty!
Here's how to make them:
INGREDIENTS:
8 oz of softened cream cheese
1 cup of your favorite shredded cheese
2 or 3 jalapeños
5 or 6 strips of bacon
2 green onions
Wonton wrappers
Garlic powder, salt & pepper
HOW TO MAKE:
Pre-heat your oven to 425 degrees
IF you are deep frying - heat a pan of oil
Chop up and fry the bacon
Slice up your green onions and jalapeños
In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, jalapeños, green onions, shredded cheese and bacon.
Sprinkle the garlic powder, salt & pepper
Mix and combine well
Place a wonton wrapper (point facing you) and place the mixture onto the wrapper. Roll it up and place on a greased cookie sheet or wire rack.
Brush some melted butter and olive oil on top (if you are baking and not deep frying)
Place in oven for 4 - 5 minutes and check them. Pull them out of oven and flip over and coat the other side with butter/oil mixture. Back in oven for 4 - 5 minutes.
Put oven on high broil for 3 minutes or until you reach the desired doneness.
Remove from oven, let cool, plate, serve and enjoy!
