Bacon & Cheese Jalapeno Rolls

Bacon & Cheese Jalapeño Rolls! Easy to make and super tasty!



Here's how to make them:


INGREDIENTS:

  • 8 oz of softened cream cheese

  • 1 cup of your favorite shredded cheese

  • 2 or 3 jalapeños

  • 5 or 6 strips of bacon

  • 2 green onions

  • Wonton wrappers

  • Garlic powder, salt & pepper


HOW TO MAKE:

  1. Pre-heat your oven to 425 degrees

  2. IF you are deep frying - heat a pan of oil

  3. Chop up and fry the bacon

  4. Slice up your green onions and jalapeños

  5. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, jalapeños, green onions, shredded cheese and bacon.

  6. Sprinkle the garlic powder, salt & pepper

  7. Mix and combine well

  8. Place a wonton wrapper (point facing you) and place the mixture onto the wrapper. Roll it up and place on a greased cookie sheet or wire rack.

  9. Brush some melted butter and olive oil on top (if you are baking and not deep frying)

  10. Place in oven for 4 - 5 minutes and check them. Pull them out of oven and flip over and coat the other side with butter/oil mixture. Back in oven for 4 - 5 minutes.

  11. Put oven on high broil for 3 minutes or until you reach the desired doneness.

  12. Remove from oven, let cool, plate, serve and enjoy!
