Here's how: Ingredients: -1 cup of all purpose flour -1 cup of sugar -1 cup of milk -1 stick of butter -Blackberries -10 strips of bacon How to Make: -Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees -Melt one stick of butter in a pan or microwave -Make a weave with the 10 strips of bacon, set aside -In a bowl add the flour, sugar and milk. Mix well -Add the melted butter to the bowl. Mix -Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish -Sprinkle the blackberries on top -Place the bacon weave on top of everything. -Place in the oven for one hour -Let cool and enjoy!

Bacon & Cheese Jalapeño Rolls! Easy to make and super tasty! Here's how to make them: INGREDIENTS: -8 oz of softened cream cheese -1 cup of your favorite shredded cheese -2 or 3 jalapeños -5 or 6 strips of bacon -2 green onions -Wonton wrappers -Garlic powder, salt & pepper HOW TO MAKE: -Pre-heat your oven to 425 degrees -IF you are deep frying - heat a pan of oil -Chop up and fry the bacon -Slice up your green onions and jalapeños -In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, jalapeños, green onions, shredded cheese and bacon. -Sprinkle the garlic powder, salt & pepper -Mix and combine well -Place a wonton wrapper (point facing you) and place the mixture onto the wrapper. Roll it up and place on a greased cookie sheet or wire rack. -Brush some melted butter and olive oil on top (if you are baking and not deep frying) -Place in oven for 4 - 5 minutes and check them. Pull them out of oven and flip over and coat the other side with butter/oil mixture. Back in oven for 4 - 5 minutes. -Put oven on high broil for 3 minutes or until you reach the desired doneness. -Remove from oven, let cool, plate, serve and enjoy!

We put an Asian twist on a southern favorite - Okra...with bacon, of course! Here's how to make this dish: INGREDIENTS: -Okra -Bacon - 5 or 6 slices -Sausage - half a pound -Peppers- half of your favorite pepper -Ginger and garlic -Soy sauce DIRECTIONS: -Cut up and fry your bacon in a pan -Slice the ends off the okra and cut in thirds -Slice up your sausage in bite size pieces -Slice /chop up your garlic and ginger -When some fat has rendered off the bacon, push it to one side and add the peppers, garlic and ginger. Let fry for a minute or so. -Then ad the okra. Let cook for one minute -Then combine all ingredients and stir together for another minute -Then add a teaspoon or two of soy sauce. Combine. -Turn off heat and plate. -Serve while hot! Enjoy!

Wow! So yummy. You can make these crepes sweet, savory or both! Here's how we made ours: INGREDIENTS: -1 cup of all purpose flour -1/4 cup of white sugar -4 eggs -Farmers cheese (with bacon in it) -3 or 4 strips of bacon (to crumble on top) -2 cups of milk -4 Tbs of unsalted butter -1 Tbs of vanilla -1/4 Tsp of salt -Whipping cream (optional) INSTRUCTIONS: -Place the flour, sugar and salt in a bowl. Whisk together well -Fry up your bacon and let cool - then crumble -Add the 4 eggs to the dry mix - beat well until smooth -Slowly add the milk -Add 1 Tbs of vanilla - mix well -Place some butter on your crepe pan and melt it on med heat -Ladle enough batter into the pan -Let cook until the edges are golden brown. Then flip it over -When the second side is done - remove to another plate -After you have all your crepes - lay the crepe flat on a surface -Spread the cheese on the crepe. -Fold the crepe -Put more button on the crepe pan and heat up the crepe so the cheese on the inside melts -Remove from heat, top with whip cream and the extra bacon crumbles! Serve and enjoy!

We had a great time at the 2024 TN BaCON Festival. Always yummy food, lots of shopping, music, games and more! It was a perfect beautiful day for the event.

I don't like sweet potatoes - but this recipe was GOOD! Yup, the perfect side dish, brunch dish or even dessert! You can add different ingredients to tailor it to your taste buds. EASY and delicious. INGREDIENTS: -Bacon -Sweet potatoes -Onion -Cinnamon -Maple syrup HOW TO MAKE: -Cook the bacon and onions in a pan, move the cooked bacon/onions to a paper towel to drain. Leave 2 TBSP of the bacon grease in the pan. -Chop up your onion -Dice the sweet potatoes, add to the pan, sprinkle with some cinnamon -Cook for about 15 minutes or until the potatoes are tender -Mix the bacon/onion mixture back in with the potatoes. Mix well -Drizzle some maple syrup over the potatoes -Plate and serve

This is by far the simplest recipe on earth! Just two ingredients. Plus it's very versatile. Sprinkle it on eggs, soups, stews or popcorn! Ingredients: -6 or 7 strips of your favorite bacon -Kosher coarse salt (or your favorite type) Directions: -Fry up your bacon. When done, put on paper towel to drain. -Place the bacon and kosher salt into a mortar and pestle or food processor. -Place in a shaker/container. Voila!
